Our unique course teaches students how to guide their clients to ACHIEVE A DEEP MEDITATIVE STATE IN JUST MINUTES then combined with mindfulness to:
1)  open the mind to cognitive change (the way we are thinking / ‘state of mind’) and,
2) prepare the brains neurons to ‘fire’ (create new connections / behavioral patterns when using proprietary Neuro (Cognitive and Behavioral) Change Coaching Models.

Our brain cells are continually forming new connections and restructuring our perceptions over time. This everyday process of neuroplasticity provides us enormous potential to change areas of our brain and behavior we wish to grow or change in ourself.

The Science and Process

Focused Attention

Focused attention and mindful action can be used to push through any resistance and rewire habitual patterns. This process of intentionally changing our brain circuits is called ‘self-directed neuroplasticity’

Action potential -the necessary state of the brain ready to change itself achieved through enhanced/deep meditation.

Action potential occurs during the firing of a neuron / change process. During this action potential stage, part of the neural membrane opens to allow positively charged ions inside the cell and negatively charged ions out. 

This process causes a rapid increase in the positive charge of the nerve fiber. Neuroscientists use other words, such as a "spike" or an "impulse" for the action potential. 

When a neuron is not sending signals, the inside of the neuron has a negative charge relative to the positive charge outside the cell. Electrically charged chemicals known as ions maintain the positive and negative charge balance.

When at rest, the cell membrane of the neuron allows certain ions to pass through while preventing or restricting other ions from moving.  

What happens during the Action Potential stage?

When an impulse is sent out from a cell body, channels open and the positive sodium cells surge into the cell. Once the cell reaches a certain threshold, an action potential will fire, sending the electrical signal down the axon.  

Neurons always fire at their full strength. This ensures that the full intensity of the signal is carried down the nerve fiber and transferred to the next cell and that the signal does not weaken or become lost the further it travels from the source. 

The practice of long term deep meditation (eg; achieved by experienced practitioners) effects a permanent restructuring of the brain.

The biofeedback technology, used in our course, acts as the user’s personal Meditative Guide
Along with their coach the technology guides the user to quickly enter into a meditative state and provides feedback that helps them track their progress, keep consistent, and stay engaged.

Guided Meditation
Guided Meditation provides us the key to reach deep levels of meditation quickly and easily.

Guided meditation helps the client relax, connect with themselves and become present for the coaching process (cognitive and behaviorally change).

The Neurofeedback headband has seven EEG sensors that are grouped into five points—three on the front of the user’s forehead and one behind each ear.

The technology measures whether the user’s mind is calm or active, and translates that data into weathers sounds. It rewards the user as they move to a state of calm and achieve a deep state of meditation in just a few minutes that otherwise would normally take several months or years of practice.

The client
sees visual feedback of their brainwave activity on their App and hears gentle ocean waves or rainforest rainfall get progressively louder if their mind begins to drift, signalling them to bring their attention back to their breath. This makes building a consistent practice of focused attention meditation faster, easier, and more enjoyable.

An example of Guided Meditation is like looking out over a lake or being at the top of a mountain.

In this state of calmness and openness the client (guided initially by their coach) obtains the insight necessary to get answers to particular questions eg. meeting a future or wise self. 

Meditation also helps the client create an inner resource, the wise self that can be called upon to open a pathway to a future the client wants for their lives. 

Guided Meditation (as opposed to meditating alone) helps because calming visuals complemented by words by the coach provides a doorway into the power of stillness (the portal for change to occur and where a desired future is created). 

Special Note:
When you practice traditional meditation it normally takes a few minutes before you realize that you’ve wandered off. However, with the course’s technology it lets you know within milliseconds so you can bring your focus back. This is like going to the gym for your brain because you’ll get better and better and staying focused during a session. This also allows you to instantly bring your focus back as many times as required than is possible in a traditional meditation session. The technology supercharges meditation and makes it fun to do and easy to stick with.

SELF-MASTERY
The client works initially with a coach until self-mastery is attained (usually in just a few short sessions).

With their coach the client uses meditation as a means to:
1) prepare themselves for the change process using the proprietary Neuro Change Models (
cognitive and behavioral methodology) and,
2) to re-center themselves after intense exploration before moving onto a new area of focus. 

During the coaching process the coach empowers the client to self-coach themselves (how to use the technology while moving through the coaching steps to reinforce and measure their change/progress and set new goals to reach. That said, many users simply desire to just learn how to efficiently and effectively use the technology to achieve the many benefits a deep meditative state can provide.

Once a client has been guided by their coach how to best use the technology (their headband and APP/software) to move into a meditative state , they can also use it themselves as a powerful stress management tool.

Special Note: This technology has been proven to be a powerful, easy to learn and safe tool for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
